Logic - No drivers found

Hope someone can help! Just launched Logic Pro yesterday and got a popup saying Selected Drivers not available. Nothing plays through either my Interface or through the MacBook speakers. I cannot select software instruments or anything.

I tried to disable and re-enable Core Audio in the preferences and that didn't work.
I tried deleting the Logic preferences file in the User Library
The interface still works for playing other audio (e.g. Youtube/Other Media)
I have also uninstalled Logic and reinstalled but to no avail

I'm working on a 2020 MacBook Air, macOS Big Sur 11.4.

Any help much appreciated!
