Notes application seems to be the culprit. Any tips?

Notes application seems to be the culprit. Any tips?

In System Preferences >> Internet Accounts >> iCloud >> Disable Notes from using iCloud to Sync. Restart the computer and perform the same actions only this time Enable Notes to Sync with iCloud. What we are trying to do is force a sync to compelete successfully and not use so CPU and Memory.

What happens when you quit Notes...(?)
You can click open Notes from ActivityMonitor and run a sample, look for a clue there.

It the Notes application attached to an iCloud Account or a Third Party Notes for syncing purposes ?
Yes, it is syncing with my iCloud.
Once I quit Notes, here is the view. I ran the sample. What am I looking in there? Can you pl let me know?
