I have a subscription to LinkedIn through the app store. I want to change the payment for this subscription only. I have put in the new payment method I want it charged to but cannot seem to find where to do this. The only option I find is to cancel subscription.

If you are wanting to change it only for LinkedIn and are wanting the billing to be different than the other subscriptions you have billed throguh your Apple ID, you'll need ot cancel the subscription thrugh the Apple ID and start a new subscriotuon directly with LinkedIn.
Otherwise, you can change the payment method being used for all your subscriptions by following the steps in this article to Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.
