Cancel subscription

I purchased LinkedIn Premium through in App purchases on ITunes and now want to upgrade to LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The problem is I’m being told to contact Apple ITunes to change my plan from Linkedin.

its a complete headache as from I can tell I have to cancel my plan, wait for the term to end then reinstate on LI! Any advice here!?
