I WANT TO UPGRADE my linkedin subscription - why does it navigate me to cancel subscription?

I WANT TO UPGRADE my linkedin subscription however it gives me an error that due to apple iptunes purchase I cannot upgrade LinkedIn plan.- why does it navigate me to cancel subscription?

You might be able to upgrade your subscription by visiting If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support. The guide linked tells you how to cancel, but following a part of these steps will get you to where you can manage the subscription and upgrade if that option exists there.
