Is it possible to have it vibrate when I get a message in certain apps but not all

ie text, Grindr, snaphat

Vibration in Notifications is all or none. There are no settings to turn vibration off for individual apps. Suggestions to Apple for feature enhancements is done here, Feedback - iPhone - Apple
