App Store missing from Apple TV

Has anybody ever lost the App Store from an Apple TV 3rd generation and even restore won’t bring it back?

Apple TV App Store was NEVER on a Apple TV 3. If you want or need the App Store you need an Apple TV HD or 4K model.
