Remove misstyped keyword?

I miss-typed a key word accidentally capitalising the first two letters and hit enter.

I have also accidentally added another keyword when I tried to correct it.

FWIW this is nothing to do with my custom dictionary of autocomplete words. These words do not appear there.

Now Photos won't allow me to enter the keyword properly and insists on changing it to the way I originally entered it.

I do not want Bayliss to appear as BAyliss. Photos will not let me enter it as Bayliss.

How do I remove this keyword from Photos?

It may depend on the system version, if the Keyword Manager in Photos will let you rename the keyword to a version, that differs only with respect to the capitalisation, because older version may treat BAyliss and Bayliss as identical and you may get a warning that the new keyword already exists.

In that case you could use the work-around to rename "BAyliss" first to something completely different like "Abbey Road" and once the wrong keyword has been renamed, use the Keyword Manager again to remake "Abbey Road" to "Bayliss" with the correct capitalisation.

Hi

Try:

window>keyword manager>edit keywords.

Select and rename, or select and "-" to remove.
