iPhone battery degraded and screen issues

My iPhone screen has green lines on it and the battery is also degraded.

What do you mean by battery degraded? Sounds like you may have a hardware issue with the screen. I suggest that you use the Get Support link at the top of the page here and contact Apple Support for service.
