If you have a second hand phone that is activation locked to someone else's account, you need to talk to whoever you got it from.
Only the owner of the account used to lock it can unlock it.
There is no way to bypass the activation lock.

You need the Apple ID and password that were used to enable Activation Lock. If they weren’t your Apple ID and password only the person who owns that Apple ID and password can remove this theft deterrent feature of Apple devices.
Guess I should have read this post before I responded to the other one the OP started. At least this on provide much more information.
