Can I take my Mac to Apple store to get space cleaned up?

Can I take my Mac laptop to APPLE store & get it cleaned out to free up space & how much would it cost me?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.12

Also, we are not Apple. We are users just like you are, so we have no way of knowing what Apple would charge you. You would have to contact them to get their costs.
