I cannot log into apple music on iphone 12

When i try to log into my apple music on iPhone 12 pro, i only have the option to create a new account and when I enter my information, it states that it is already in use. I am paying for the monthly subscription, and apple music shows as an active subscription.

You might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
