Apple Music Subscription

Okay, so my apple music subscription does not work in my iphone. It says that I need to "join apple music" when I've actually subscribed to it since a long time ago. this problem happened just recently, and it only happens in my iphone. When I tried my apple music in my mac, it works just fine. I need help
