Apple Music telling me to join when I have already subscribed to Apple Music

Apple Music telling me to join when I have already subscribed to Apple Music, I have tried logging out of Apple Music from my iPhone and Mac and restarting my iPhone, but to no avail. The iPhone iOS software is running 15.4.1 and my MacBook Pro M1 is running macOS Monterey 12.3.1, please help.
