Check Settings>Accessibility>Switch Control. That one will move the box all by itself. Then also check Settings>Accessibility>Accessibility Shortcut and remove any checkmark by a setting and it will then be set to none.

Is it possible that you are referring to blue boxes appearing when you tap on something? Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?
It’s a blue outline that flick over the screen constantly. Starts from top and flashes on and off working it’s way down !!
That is an Accessibility function. Go to Settings>Accessibility. Check VoiceOver or see if any other Accessibilities are configured on.
Thanks for your advice Chris, it’s very much appreciated but I’ve switched everything off now and it’s still flashing away ! It’s Verv distracting
