How can i backup my pictures from my stolen phone which is turned off and sim card thrown from the phone and still the theft didnt switch it on and didnt even put a different sim card as what police said .. please help me !! To backup an iPhone with iCloud, it has to be manually configured to do that and the device has to be powered on, connected to wi-fi, and the screen locked. While you can manually create an iCloud backup, that has to be done on the device itself, which you obviously cannot do. An iTunes backup also requires you have the device in-hand.
There is no way to create an iCloud backup of your device in the condition it is in, stolen and powered off. you can think what you wish, but it is not possible. Even if you were using iCloud photos, if it is powered off, then cannot be uploaded to iCloud. I'm sorry, but there is nothing you can do.

If the photos are in iCloud, you should be able to log into iCloud on a computer and access the photos. However, you will not be able to backup the old phone without it being in your possession.
My new phone is stolen and not backed up as who stole it removed the sim card + still didnt turned the off on .. please help! I want my pictures back :( and also as find my iphone it shows no location! And the police still didn’t find it .. i think ofcourse there is a solution for backing up without having the phone…
