HOW CAN I RESTORE OR WAKEUP MY IPAD 7TH GENERATION, IT IS TOTALLY BLACK, NO SOUNDS, WAS FINE THE EVENING BEFORE. WHEN I WENT TO USE IT THE NEXT MORNING IT WAS TOTALLY BLACK, I HAVE CHECKED THE POWER CORD, CHANGED THE POWER CORD AND KNOW THERE WAS NO POWER SURGE. ANY IDEAS?

Leave it plugged in for at least 30 minutes and see if just needed charging. If was being charged overnight I would consider possibly going to an Apple Store or Apple service provider and have them test it.
