com.apple.ImageCapture error -9934

I have a Macbook Pro m1 Big Sur.

I just recorded an interview using a Canon XA40 and, when trying to import, using Image Capture, I get a (-9934)

The interview had 3 clips. Just one of them is able of being imported.

Unbelievable, how Apple doesn't simply allow us to access the clips in the camera.

Any ideas?

Image Capture malfunction Since upgrading to Catalina, I've experienced all kinds of glitches and some more serious issues. Importing the same picture in photos sometimes works, sometimes does not and gives "Unknown error". I am importing my Nikon and Fuji JPEGs to Apple Photos in Mac and, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not and yields "Unknown error". It has given different results with the same picture (some imports started working after creating a new library, and some stopped working). Now I am in a state in which I am not able to import any picture, rendering the app completely useless. I've tried resetting the library and the MacBook but nothing worked, what should I do?

Hello mmachado_itg,

Have you tried to import or drag and drop the videos directly into the Photos app? Import photos and movies from your camera to Mac

If that doesn't work, we recommend that you try to import the videos following the documentation that came with the camera.
