Refund from bigo life app

Hey! I would lıke to get the refund from Bigo life app cause ı dıdnt mean by that. I requested a refund but it was declined . I read that in 90 days app refunds . Apple told me to talk with my bank . My bank says that payment was madde by iTunes . So iTunes have to make refund for that. 3000$ amount of money was recharged and ı want get the money back. Pls i really ask Apple store team to gelip with that refund! I call u thousand times . Pls refund the money back! Otherwise i will complain for not working with customers and not making refund.

I'm sorry to hear that you were charged for a purchase you did not mean to make.

You could potentially try and claim a refund by contacting Apple's Form > Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support however this isn't guaranteed and it is up to whether Apple allow the refund or not.

If this was a subscription, you'll also need to go to How to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support - this will help you avoid being charged again.

This is happening to me. They will not refund the money that I didn’t authorize! I’ve called to let them know someone took all my information from Instagram. Was told to keep an eye on all charges. Noticed all these weird bigo charges. Filed a refund since all was paid using apple pay. Now have passwords reset and two party authorization set up but apple is not refunding the charges. It’s crazy and insane! When you do all the right things but it still does NOT matter.

No I was rejected 2 times from Apple store ! The app calls bigo life scam me for 3000$ recharging ! But I am doing crazy cause payment was made on apple so apple has to refund not bank ! But apple says to go to bank! Bank says that payment was made on apple! Apple doesn’t want to work with customers! It is easy to reject than making refund for 3000$ . I am really disappointed about the service of apple. I am calling u everyday but apple knows say we can’t help with anything. So then why there is option about refund ? It says in 90 days apple can make refund if the purchase was made in apple. The app calls BIGO LIFE scam me for money! So why apple doesn’t work and help me with refund?
