After reset, I am not able to activate it. Every time i try, it says "your iphone could not be activated because the activation server can not be reached."
I had tried "restore and update" option using itunes but the same problem persist.

Contact your Cellular Provider:
There is no SIM Card, as it reads on the top-left corner of the screen: "No SIM". So, contact the cellular provided, asking them for the SIM Card.
