I received a free 1 year subscription with my Apple TV purchase. I changed my password and now have lost my subscription- how do I recover. I was only a week into the free period.

Changing the account password wouldn’t have influence on the active account subscriptions, but you will need to sign in again on all your devices that use this account using the new password.
Try signing out, then immediately sign in again.

I lost the free 1 year subscription to Appleton TV+ . We were in a place with really lousy reception. So I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it, then I got a message that it was $4.99 per month. Can you please help me.
