Unfortunately, if the Apple Card is not supported in your region there isn't a way to receive approval. You may have to consider other options with purchasing your iPhone.

You can see what payment options are available in your region by adding the item to your cart and going through the checkout process, but at this time in most regions it seems as though the Apple Card is now the only way to purchase in installments directly through Apple.
