get error code OxCOAA0301 when burning cd

Thanks for reaching out through the Apple Support Communities about that difficulty with burning a CD using iTunes.

Does that still continue after following the steps from this article? If you have problems burning a disc in iTunes on PC

If so, are you able to successfully burn a CD using other applications?
