iTunes download

I am currently using windows 10 64- bit and when trying to download latest version of iTunes it gives me the error message that it requires that I use windows 10 . I don’t understand why it’s saying that when I am using windows 10. Has anyone had this issue and know the solution..?

The first question is where did you download your version of iTunes from; was it directly from Apple or was it from the Microsoft app store? In addition to that, if you click on Help/About iTunes, is there a version number and if so, what does it say?
