apple tv access

when I try to watch apple tv, it asks me to sign in, ok, but when I try to watch a movie it asks me to renew with a 7 day free trial then 4.99 a month after that, why?

Apple TV+ is subscription access. To view all of its content, you would need to subscribe.
Other Apple TV app Channels also require a subscription each.
iTunes Store movies and TV shows require a purchase (buy or rent), but not a subscription.

If you have the Apple TV+ subscription on the active account, and if you are still asked to subscribe for Apple TV+ content, then contact Apple Support.
