Apple TV not downloading apps
My new Apple TV is not downloading apps. Just keep getting the spinning wheel.

Possibly there is a (home) network issue.
Are any of the present apps able to fetch online content?
Try restarting both your router and the Apple TV box.
Use your ISP’s DNS servers on your router. Let Apple TV get the DNS and IP from the router (‘Auto’).
Possibly there is an account issue. Has the account been used successfully with the App Store on other devices?
Sign out of your account. Then sign in again.
