Bluetooth & Cowin E7 Headphones

I have Cowin E7 headphones that I am no longer able to connect thru Bluetooth. I am using BIgSur 11.4. I have alreadu checked for updates and info from other websites. No luck so far. The headphones are listed in the Bluetooth panel but will not connect.
