Access rights between APFS volumes

I am currently having 2 APFS volumes (1 by default and 1 created by myself) on the same APFS container running 2 separate Mac OS (both are running on Big Sur - 1 for work and 1 for personal use.

Personal OS is on the default APFS volume and Work OS is on the other APFS volume I created. Currently, once Work OS is booted up, it would ask me to enter the password for the Personal OS APFS volume to allow access to my Personal OS APFS Volume. However, if I boot with Personal OS, it would not ask me this message and I would have access to Work OS data without doing anything.

How could I avoid one OS having read and/or write access to one another under this set up? Is it possible to make these 2 OS totally separate to each other?

Thanks!
