Picture messages only showing a small portion

Hi..when I send my mom a picture to her iPhone from my iPhone only a tiny portion of the picture comes through. She only has this problem when receiving pics from me and nobody else does. Help! Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We see you're having an issue sending photos to your mom, and we'd like to help. Are you using iMessage to send these photos, or does she have an android. You mentioned everyone else receives photos from you, as normal, but does she receive all other photos as they should be?


Are these photos you're taking on your phone, with the Camera app, or downloading from websites, links?
