Hi, I would like to add the bank card to apple pay, so I can subscribe the icloud back up for 50Gb. I am trying, bit it doesnt work

Why not? What happens when you try to add it? do you get an error? Does the bank support Apple Pay? If so, is the card you are trying to add supported by the bank for Apple Pay specifically?
Alternatively you can add the card to your Apple ID directly for iTunes and App Store payments including iCloud without going through Apple Pay. Follow the steps here: link-> Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
