watch battery

I will be away for a few days, and I'm not taking my Apple watch. Should I leave it on the charger, or let the battery run out and recharge it when I return?

It is not a good idea to run the battery out on the Watch. Charge the Watch fully, then turn the Watch off. The charge should last until you return if you are only being gone a few days.

Thanks for the advice! Actually, I decided to take the watch with me on my trip. When I return, I will do as you suggest, and see, for myself, if it works on my watch. Your suggestion makes sense, so I trust that it will work just fine.
