Help: I have a MacBook Air M1 and can't connect to the apple App Store.

Try a different wifi network; office. library, coffeeshop.

M1 Mac mini, macOS 11.4; Watch, series 5 GPS/cellular, watchOS 7.5; iPad Pro 2nd Gen, iPadOS 14.6; iPad Air 2, iPadOS 14.6; iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14.6; TV 4th Gen, tvOS 14.6  HomePods, audioOS 14.6 and Airport Express w/ Airplay 2

Then you know that there is something incompatible between the Mac, whose Mac App Store functions properly with other wifi networks, and your home network.

I have no idea how to troubleshoot this with your router or other components.

What version of macOS is installed?

My MacBook Air running Big Sur 11.4 cannot access the App Store; the window remains blank.

I am also facing the same issue with my M1 MacBook Pro.

Has anyone solved this yet? I have a MacBook Air with the latest software installed...I'm on a home wifi and I need the Apple Application store...thanks for any help!

That suggestion did work but I still can't get it to work on my home wifi. This happened right after the update was installed.

Big Sur 11.5.2 is installed. I have no idea about router troubleshooting either. I can open apple store on iphone and ipad with no problem.

The iOS App Store and the Mac App Store are different stores.
