Boot Loop on iPhone 11?

I walked away from my phone for 10 minutes, and my phone was sent on a boot loop that I have been unable to stop. I tried all of the methods recommended to fix the issue and was unable to fix it on my phone. Is this a common occurrence on the new phone? Did I do something wrong that could have caused it?

Also, when I try to restore or update on my computer, I have been getting an unknown error message 4013, and was wondering if there is any changes I can make other than switch chords or computers, as I have already tried that.

I have tried factory reset through Reiboot, phonerescue and drfone and iTunes. I have tried updating restoring, new computer, new wire, updated system.

No, I was not able to fix it. The issue is that for even the factory reset, itunes or any other software tried to take it out of recovery mode and once that happens, the phone reboots again and again and never recognized by any software thus failing even the factory reset.

I have done all these things on the first day itself. As i said in my post i have tried nearly everything even the third party tools like phonerescue, reiboot, Dr Fone. Nothing worked. Luckily one refunded money and other 70% as they were not able to help. Now i am trying to access through Iibimobiledevice6 on ubuntu as someone has posted that as a solution as well.
