Remote Management is set up on New iPad Pro.

I purchased a new iPad Pro from Verizon directly, and am paying full price, but it has Remote Management set up for Beebe Medical Center in Delaware. Therefore, this iPad is not new and is modified, is stolen, or is refurbished and sold as new. Has anyone experienced similar? Will an iTunes reset clear this? I want my money back if not a new device.

You will need to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the iPad. If centrally managed - and an MDM profile has been installed - you’ll not be able to independently erase/reset/remove the management profile.
