Setting up a refurbished ipad

I purchased an refurbished ipad air from Walmart. I tried to set it up but it keeps on going to a page that says remote management. From "Bloomfield Hills Schools

Return it for a refund, as it was not properly prepared for resale.

Remote Management is set up on New iPad Pro. I purchased a new iPad Pro from Verizon directly, and am paying full price, but it has Remote Management set up for Beebe Medical Center in Delaware. Remote Management system Hi, I bought an Ipad brand new and now a few months down the line it started giving me trouble. We noticed that all of a sudden it is remotely managed by Ashton Woods company. How do I get this fixed. I’ve never heard of the company and how did they managed to install this on an ipad they’ve never owned?

Remote Management I recently purchased an Ipad from one of Apple’s official flagship store. It should be brand new (it was sealed and boxed), but when I opened it and went through quick start with my existing Iphone, I got stuck on the page that allows set-up by Icloud or PC/Macbook and shows me a remote management page of Johnson’s and Johnsons. I am unable to go past this page and trying any other option will lead me to the Johnson’s and Johnson’s Remote Management page.
