Beats Studio 3 Wireless headphones not loud at all.

Hello everyone, I recently bought myself beats studio 3 wireless over ear headphones, however when connected to my iPhone and while on max volume the volume still sounds relatively average and not even close to what the average person would consider “loud” I tried resetting the headphones and contacting apple through both chat and going to an actual Apple store, none could genuinely resolve my issue, when connected to my laptop (wired with an aux wire that comes with the package of the headphones) they sound louder on max volume, i also tried changing the EQ option in the iphones settings to “late night” and checked all the sound limit settings, can anyone help me please?
