restore timeout
my daughter set a new passcode and cant remember it. i'm trying to do a restore from itunes and it just times out and never finishes the update/restore process

Hi rvtraveler2021,
We see you're having trouble getting your device restored. In some cases recovery mode can time out prior to the software completely downloading. Once the software is downloaded you can put the device back into recovery mode and try again.
