I cannot open my Iphoto in my BigSur

iMac, macOS 10.12

Because iPhoto is a 32-bit application and it is not supported on Big Sur which requires 64-bit only applications. You can press the option key and launch the Photos application. It will present a dialog showing your iPhoto library which you can select and Photos will migrate the iPhoto library to its own library.
