replacement of a device with manufacturing defect

how long should it take for apple to replace my iphone in warranty with manufacturing defects?? I bought an iphone 12 in the month of March 2021 in the Philippines from a carrier store. a week after purchase it was rebooting itself in a loop. i went to the store i got it from and they told me to go to apple service center instead. it worked fine for next week or so but the reboot problem started again. so i tried troubleshooting struts over phone from apple's call center. they asked me take backups and reinstall software and try to work the phone and see if problem still persists i kept trying for a week or so but the problem was still there so i booked an online appointment to go to the apple service center. i got an appointment for 26th April. i submitted my phone to them on same day. they told me they will update me in a week about the device either repair it replacement. so in may 2nd 2021 they sent an email saying the replacement has been approved. and will take upto 3 weeks for them to replace and dye to COVID-19 it might take anywhere from 5 to 7 weeks. today i am 10 weeks into this charade and the service center still says they cannot guarantee the arrival of my device. considering covid a parcel of 26kg was delivered to a friend from Oman containing good and electronics in a matter of 20 days. its been 2 months and apples cannot get a package for replacement from their disagree facility to the service center near me?

You will need to contact Apple in your country about this. The people on this forum are just users like you.

Contact - Official Apple Support --> https://support.apple.com/contact

Contact - Official Apple Support - Select your region from the list and then your country from the pop-up window. If you do not see your country, see if there is an "other" listing for that region.
