Change your Apple ID - https://support.apple.com/HT202667 - "Follow these steps to change the email address that you use as your Apple ID."

You may also wish to turn off "Find My" before changing information and turn it on again afterward.
Apple does not have an email re-use statement but if you have used this email address with Apple in another capacity, other user have observed you may not be allowed to use it for your Apple ID.
