• First, go to https://appleid.apple.com/ then sign in and scroll down to “payment and shipping” then tap edit and see if your address is correct.
• Next go on your iOS device and go to the settings app > privacy > location services and tap on apps that you use your location for like “safari websites” and make sure it is not set to never. Also try turning on precise location if it is not on already.
• Go to the same settings app > privacy > location services > system services > significant locations > see if Dallas is there and if so then delete it.
• Since you said your GPS is working properly, make sure your VPN is turned off (if you have one). Also, if you have cellular data or have access to another wifi network then try those and see if the location is right.

Many websites determine your location based on your IP address which comes from your Internet Provider. If this is occurring while you are using your web browser, you can try clearing your web history, or check with your Internet Provider to see where they have their IP addresses registered.
