My Apple Watch changed my active calorie goal on its own.

How do I fix my active calorie goal for previous days? I did not want my watch to change my goals nor did I know it would do this. I can change my goal for today, but I can’t go back and correct the previous days when it changed without permission.

My app definitely increased my active calorie burn goal by 50 calories without me knowing. A quick Google search results in lots of sites explaining this feature as the app is programmed to push you to move more. However, I have not come across any information on how to turn this off and go completely manual with calorie burn/movement goals. There must be a way other than checking every. single. day to make sure the app didn’t change my goals. Hitting my goals 2 days in a row is not a streak in my opinion and I felt horrible when I didn’t close my rings on day 3, not yet realizing my goals had been increased. I’m all for pushing myself and upping goals, but in my time when I am ready to do so.

My exercise and stand goals never budge no matter how many times I hit those goals.
