How do I eliminate the extra labels set accidentally?

That is from Settings>Accessibility. I can't seem to remember exactly, but I believe it is in VoiceOver. I'm looking again.

Sorry, it is Settings>Accessibility>Voice Control. The setting is Show Hints or Overlay.
