Can I change my personal Apple ID to one that is managed by my company?

I have been using a personal Apple ID to connect to my company's device. I didn't want to use a new account, I wanted to update the account I have and change my Apple ID for the one managed by the company.

I can't perform this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202667, it shows This email address is not available. Choose a different address.

You can't use the email address of your personal account to make a different, company managed Apple ID. They are two separate Apple IDs.
