I would like to know what this file is for, I didn't create it and don't even know what most of the stuff means. I will enclose a copy of the file for you to review.

File in libimobiledevice-1.3.0 --src called NEWS

I guess it was a folder label NEWS in the file I attached. I didn’t create the folder or it’s contents. So, what is that folder for?
