My prior phone does not work, and my Apple Watch will not pair up with my new one, because i didn’t unpair it from my other phone. How do I pair it to this phone without the other?

How do I pair my watch to my new phone, if I am unable to disconnect it to my prior?

Pair a watch with a new phone.

Start at the section "If you don't have your old phone or have erased it".
