iPad restarting itself

How do I stop my iPad from restarting itself constantly? Hardware is in excellent shape. iOS and all apps are up to date. Plenty of storage still available. Seems to be accelerated when viewing videos. Does not seem to occur, or as much, when WiFi is turned off. It is a WiFi only iPad.
