You’d need to buy an external dvd drive. Something like this from the Apple Store should be fine:https://www.apple.com/ca/shop/product/MD564LL/A/apple-usb-superdrive. Of course, you’d need a usb-c to usb-a adapter, but those are super cheap and widely available. Or any one on this list: https://www.imore.com/best-cddvd-drives-mac
