The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Restarting my phone

I tried to force restart my iphone xr because it was frozen but now it only shows the apple logo and wont turn back on. It has been stuck like this for 30 minutes.
