frozen iphone 11

hi my apple iphone 11 is just turned off and apple logo on screen i have pressed the voloum button down and then up and power button but nothing working tried connecting phone to my laptop on itunes but nothing happening been like this for 3 days now and still stuck on the apple logo on my screen
